the Team

I am the Owner and Director of the Lushlash Hair & Beauty Salon, Lushlash Training Academy and the LL Lashes product line. I have been doing lash extensions since 2015 and have been a qualified teacher since 2017. I began lashing as I wanted a career that would work around my two small children. It did exactly that and it was the best decision I have ever made.

I practised every single day for hours a day until I could perfect my skills. I love nothing more than taking my time making perfect fans and creating a mega volume full set with full coverage. My passion above all is teaching and sharing my knowledge with the hundreds of students I have the privilege of teaching on a weekly basis.

In 2022 I began my career in Aesthetics. I am qualified in various filler techniques, anti wrinkle, luxury facials and several injectable treatments. I have undertaken over 30 courses since qualifying to ensure my skills are to an extremely high standard. After gaining hundreds of

new clients over the years, I have a new passion that I fill my days with 90% of the time. I can honestly say I love every bit of what I do and if this is work…I am living the dream!

Hey! My name is Lisa, owner of Lushlaser & Skin. I have worked with Lushlash for the last 10 years and since 2021 have been catering for all our Laser & Skin clients. I specialise in all laser treatments such as IPL Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal & Laser Facials dealing with various skin complaints as well as luxury facials. A large element of my job is now removing skin lesions such

as Skin Tags, Moles, Cherry Angiomas & Seborrheic Keratosis. The difference removing someone’s unwanted lesion can make to their life really quite honestly makes my day. I therefore have a happy home based in Lushlash helping with all skin needs and when I am not at my work home, I am at my own home which I share with my husband & children. I have two girls and therefore I am firmly kept on my toes.

I’m a mummy to my two beautiful girls Aaliyah & Ada. The main reason I chose to train as a lash technician was because it was so flexible around my children and I wanted to try something different and learn a new skill. I have been a qualified lash artist since 2019 and I absolutely love it..

My favourite thing to do is Russian volume lashes and I love to see clients happy with the finished result. As well as all lash extension styles I am also trained in highly defined brows. I really love what I do and when I am not working I am spending time with my family.

I began my career as a Saturday girl at 15, 6 months later I took on a hairdressing apprenticeship, qualified in my level 2 and 3 hairdressing and have been qualified since 2018. I love being creative in every way.

The best part of being a hairdresser is giving my client’s the confidence to express themselves with their own unique style. Turning my dream into my

full time career has been incredibly rewarding. I am a foodie so in my spare time you will see me going out for dinner with a cocktail or two and spending time with friends.

I joined Lushlash Witham in 2019 as a Receptionist/ Administrator for the ever expanding product line. As the product line grew and moved into a warehouse, so did I. I review all incoming deliveries,

process orders, package & ship parcels and help aid the smooth running of the warehouse. When I am not surrounded by a treasure trove of lash supplies, I am at home cooking with my daughters and embracing the quality time with them.

I’ve been qualified in lash extensions since August 2022 and i’m passionate about enhancing natural beauty through lashes. Classic lash extensions and brow lamination are my two favourite treatments to do. When i’m not in the salon, you’ll find me out walking my adorable Yorkshire Terrier, Tedi, or planning my next holiday adventure with my partner. I love exploring new places and soaking up the sunshine whenever I can.

Hiya! My Name is Lois and I’ve been working for Lushlash part time since 2023. I actually started lashing back in 2017 when I was just 17 years old. I then spent the next 6 years working from home, building up my experience, and training in new treatments with Lushlash.

I absolutely love to crochet outside of work, I find it so relaxing and therapeutic I’ve even started up a side business which I do when I’m not busy with my beauty business. I’ve recently moved into my first home with my partner, so when I’m not busy with lashing & crocheting you’ll see me busy with diy, making my house a home.

Hiya I’m Abbie! But my salon girls like to call me ‘whabbie’. I started lashing back in 2016, way back when Emma had her beauty shed in her garden. I since moved onto the salon with the rest of Lushlash in 2019.

Fast forward to 2022 I fell pregnant with my first little boy Rocco, and then my second little boy Bear in 2023. I spent 2 years soaking up all the baby cuddles I could before returning to Lushlash in 2024 and I haven’t looked back since. Outside of work you’ll see me with my 2 other boys, my horses, Dan & Gatsby. So as you can imagine my life is always hectic!

When I’m not at the stables you’ll see me spending time with my family enjoying days out & family holidays.

Hiya, I’m Neve and I’ve been at Lushlash since 2020. I started off as the receptionist which consisted of greeting clients, checking clients out and dealing with the booking system. I have since trained in brows & lashlifts and have been a qualified lashlift & eyebrow specialist since 2022.

Since then I have found my passion for social media and have undertaken multiple social media courses which brings me to job role today. You will often see me behind the camera, and in front, making fun reels & TikTok’s with my colleagues. What I love most about my job is that no day is the same! From creating stunning brows, to editing videos & pictures.

Outside of work you’ll see me spending time with my partner, walking our Dachshund Honey, and spending time with family enjoying quality time.

Hi I’m Bec and I’ve been part of Lushlash team since 2022. I started off being part time only offering lashes & brows 1 evening a week. I have since became full time and the rest is history.

My passion for beauty started years ago with only offering nail & lash services. Since working for Lushlash my knowledge has widened and have since trained in intimate waxing, brows and facials.

I have recently undertaken a gut health course, which is my main focus. I am passionate about others health and wellness, with a particular interest in understanding the connection between gut health and overall well being.

As someone who struggled with skin issues for many years, I have taken an extreme liking to skincare and sympathise for others when they come to me with problematic skin. Which is why I am willing put all my efforts into helping as many people I can, combining the knowledge I have with tailored facials & gut health.

When not at work you will often see me spending time with my partner James, or down the yard spending time with horses.

Hey! My name is Kayleigh, mostly referred to as Kay. I work at Lushlaser & Skin alongside Lisa within the Lushlash Salon. I began working at Lushlaser & Skin in 2024 where I focus on all things Laser. I specialise in all laser treatments such as IPL Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal & Laser Facials dealing with various skin complaints. I also offer a variety of luxury facials.

My favourite treatment is definitely tattoo removal. I think it’s a satisfying treatment to do & watch. In my spare time I love to shop, go out for meals and spend quality time with my family. I am most happiest when I am with my double act daughter & son at home who keep me permanently entertained.

Hi i’m Mia, i’m 15 years old, and already immersing myself in the world of beauty. Between home schooling and spending time with my loved ones I’m gaining hands on experience at Lushlash, the family owned beauty salon. You will see me helping out around the salon most of the time, greeting clients, assisting my colleagues and constantly learning.

With a passion for skincare and a caring spirit, I am laying the groundwork for a bright future. I dream of studying nursing and combining it with my love for aesthetics, following in the footsteps of my mum. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for myself at Lushlash.
