£20 non-refundable booking fee are required on all full sets booked. Appointments are unable to be booked into our booking system until a booking fee has been received.
Cancellations/Missed Appointments:
Appointments cancelled under 24-48 hours will result in 50% payment being requested.
Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will result in full payment being requested.
We kindly ask that where possible appointments are cancelled or re-arranged with as much notice as possible or the cancellation policy will apply.
